PU Pouring with rotary
machine
An operator is pouring PU material onto a mould in order to produce PU Midsole.
This process is done using our rotary machine for maximum production througput. This machine can produce 2 colours within one cycle.
PU / IP Midsole Painting or spray
An operator is doing finishing touches after an IP Midsole is sprayed upon.
We support cosmetic painting or cosmetic spray on PU / IP / Rubber outsole.
PU Pouring with conveyor

An operator is pouring PU material onto a mould in order to produce PU Insole.
This process is done using our conveyor machine for maximum mould capacity. Our conveyors machine can support up to 4 colours of items within one cycle.
